Returns and Refunds Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds under any condition. In general, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason unless over-ruled and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Prints

As each print is custom made to order, refunds or exchanges of change of mind are not accepted. If the print is damaged or you believe it is otherwise not of acceptable quality, please send a photo of the print to orders@darrentanvisuals.com.au, along with your order number, and we will investigate the situation. In the first instance we will provide a replacement print. If a replacement is not appropriate or suitable, we will provide a refund. Where a refund is provided, we may request that you return the print to us before providing you a refund.

Digital items

We will only refund or replace digital items where the item is defective, does not operate as described or as otherwise required by law. However, as every link is tracked, and if an event occurs where the Customer has purchased a digital item and is not happy with it and the link has not been accessed yet, we then may potentially provide the Customer with a refund. This, however, is not a guarantee and is to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Buy now, Pay later

Please note that any transactions made with a "buy now, pay later" payment plan such as Afterpay or PayPal's "Pay in 4" are not eligible for refund unless the product suffers from a major failure. Please make your purchase decisions carefully before proceeding with a payment plan payment option.
